Specialization
Sales, handling and distribution of building materials.
In the past, the company specialized in the export sales, handling and distribution of building materials, comprised mainly of cement, clinker, timber and steel.
The sourcing of cement, clinker and other building materials from Black Sea, Med. origins & also Far East and delivered to the Middle East, Africa and Europe. We seldom source materials from Traders as our contacts lie within producers such as: JSC Novoroscement –Novorosisk, Romcim-Lafarge – Romania, Heidelberg Zement plants wwde, Egyptian Cement, Misr Beni-Souef Cement etc, Siam Cement Thailand and many others.
As we delivered cargoes on a CIF Basis, in order to facilitate our business, we openly charter vessels from the market and have had many vessels on long period timecharter during our time, making us more flexible in providing continuity of supply and economical solutions to our clients.
Our strong ties in the markets denoted have given us the ability to trade general commodities, foodstuffs and shelf items to the areas we are dealing in. We have supplied Rice, Sugar, Wheat, Wheatflour and canned products to Middle East & West Africa between 1998-2001 in shiploads.

Chartering History
We have fixed in excess of 950 vessels over the years and have exclusively chartered several vessels of the fleet of our US, Korean and Singapore operators, namely: Swift Shipping (Grace Holdings NY), Daeyang Seoul, Blessing Bulk Carriers Singapore and several others.

Between 2010-2012: we exclusively controlled 3 Aframax Tankers: MT Alqadisia, MT Badr, MT Samraa Alkhaleej and one Capesize Vessel, MV Jabal Nafusa.
We are now under process of taking Contract of Afreightment for PG tanker market in order to establish a regular line of trade with various petrochemical products.
